1 tin

1 jar

large eggs

beans (optional)

PEPPUP Pasta Sauce


PEPPUP Wild Oregano

fresh herbs

 

Instructions

Step 1

Add jar of PEPPUP Pasta sauce and wild oregano to a frying pan (add tin of beans – optional) – stir
and warm through on a medium heat for 5 mins.

Step 2

Make four small wells in the sauce using the back of a spoon. Break an egg into a cup and drop carefully into each well.

Step 3

Simmer for 10 minutes. Sprinkle on some fresh herbs and then serve on your favourite bread.
